MUNICIPAL OFFICE STAFF WORKING RECEPTION WINDOW CLOSED TO PUBLIC
The Lower Nazareth Township Municipal Office IS OPEN, however the reception desk remains closed to the public. A self-assistance station is set up in the foyer and is checked by staff multiple times throughout the day. Anyone needing assistance can contact the office at 610-759-7434. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, this decision is made in light of the ongoing COVID pandemic.

Lower Nazareth Real Estate Tax Office Closed to Public
The Lower Nazareth Township Tax Collector’s Office is closed to the public. Please mail all payments to the address on your tax bill. If you must pay in person please call to make arrangements. Tax Collector’s phone number is (484) 291-1546.

YARD WASTE FACILITY To reopen for season in March
The following rules apply:

Drop-off is available to Lower Nazareth Township residents only.

Yard Waste from commercial landscapers will not be accepted.

Bring Driver’s License or State ID as proof of residency.
4
Must be able to unload your vehicle without assistance from staff.

Coronavirus Information
Lower Nazareth Township continues to monitor Federal, State and Local departments and agencies, including but not limited to, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Department of Health & Human Services, PA Department of Health, FEMA, PEMA and other associated agencies. Currently, there is at least one reported case of COVID-19 in Northampton County. Township staff will continue to be proactive in handling the situation. Additional cleanings are being implemented as necessary to the municipal building. Colonial Regional Police Department, Hecktown Volunteer Fire Company and our Emergency Management Coordinator are included in the Township’s actions.
Updates will be published on both the Township website (www.lowernazareth.com) and the “official” Township Facebook page. To obtain the most accurate information, please refer to the website for Center for Disease Control and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Lower Nazareth Township will continue to follow this evolving situation with all Township departments. Lower Nazareth Township is committed to the public health, safety and welfare of our community and we will take the appropriate actions as this threat evolves.
