Congratulations Chief DePalma
At last night’s Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board presented Chief James DePalma with a proclamation and plaque to honor his lifetime dedication to his country and community as he retires from Colonial Regional Police Department on September 11th.
We congratulate Chief on his well-earned retirement and wish him all the best!
